  • In “Apartment 2.0” you’ll experience the horror faced by an MEP firm that failed to comply with gas line building codes for an apartment complex.
  • “Getting in Over Your Head” reveals the importance of conducting site visits and reporting issues/inconsistencies at an auto dealership that suffered significant water intrusion.
  • “The Bridge of Disputes” explores how deficiencies in design can lead to structural failure—not to mention delays and cost overruns—in a pedestrian bridge between two buildings.
