Berkley Design Professional’s comprehensive risk and practice management program is designed to help policyholders avoid professional liability claims, improve management practices, enhance business performance and qualify for premium credits.
Our program provides education and real-world advice about the fundamental areas that impact professional liability, project delivery and practice management. Policyholder resources have been developed by leading architectural and engineering practitioners, insurance specialists and legal professionals.
In addition to workshops and live webinars, Berkley Design Professional provides a state-of-the-art Learning Management System (LMS), BDP Risk®, to all policyholders. It provides 24/7 online access to relevant risk and practice management content, streamlined online learning and education activity tracking/reporting.
BDP Risk® has received seven prestigious Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards. In 2024, Berkley Design Professional earned a Gold Award for “Best Custom Content.” This recognition highlights the exceptional quality of the new Online Broker Academy (OBA) offered through BDP Risk®. The OBA is an easily accessible training platform designed to educate brokers about Berkley Design Professional and the value of our resources, products and services.
In 2023, Berkley Design Professional received a Gold Award for “Best Advance in Custom Content,” recognizing the effectiveness of our BDP Risk® learning plans. These plans help our policyholders engage with risk and practice management courses relevant to their role, experience level and interests.
